Junior Administration Assistant. 

Location: Cairns

We have an exciting opportunity for a fulltime Junior Administration Assistant to join our extraordinary Accounting and Business Advisory Firm in our Cairns office.

This is a great first career stepping stone for someone wanting to enter the professional working environment.

What we are looking for:

This is an entry level administration position. The ideal candidate is someone with some office administration skills and possesses the following.

  • You must have a working vehicle and current drivers licence
  • Be happy to run around collecting mail and completing errands for the general needs of the office and Office Manager
  • General office cleaning in kitchen, meeting rooms and as required to uphold a professional standard of the business
  • Able to attend to presentation of meeting rooms, reception and overall office
  • Assist with events, meeting refreshments and lunches
  • Experience in updating calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Preparation of client correspondence
  • Able to attend to incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office considered an advantage
  • Mature mindset
  • Professional disposition
