"Director of First Impressions". We have an exciting opportunity for a fulltime Receptionist to join our extraordinary Accounting and Business Advisory Firm in our Sunshine Coast office.

As the Director of First Impressions you will be the first point of contact for Trinity Accountants and will represent who we are.

What we are looking for?

  • 2 - 3 years minimum working as a receptionist welcoming clients who visit the office and answering incoming calls
  • Experience in updating calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Able to attend to presentation of meeting rooms, reception and overall office
  • Preparation of client correspondence
  • Able to  attend to incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Assist with events, meeting refreshments and lunches
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
